Refund Policy & Withdrawal Notification Form
All program registrations and payments are considered final
unless a parent or legal guardian formally withdraws their child from the
program at least 120 hours (5 full days) before the program’s scheduled
start date and time.
To qualify for a refund, the parent or legal guardian must
submit a withdrawal request at least 120 hours before the program begins by
completing the withdrawal request form below. Requests submitted less than 120
hours before the scheduled start time will not qualify for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Withdrawal
requests submitted less than 120 hours before the program begins.
- Failure
to attend, missed classes, rehearsals, sessions, or activities, or dismissal due to any policy violation(s).
- A
participant’s decision to stop attending after the program has started.
- Scheduling
conflicts, personal circumstances, or changes in availability.
- Any
other reason that does not meet the refund eligibility requirements stated
above.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for ensuring
that their child’s schedule and availability are compatible with the program
before registering and submitting payment.
By registering a child for any program offered by Saint George Center for the Arts and Sciences, Inc., the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.

If you wish to withdraw your child from a program they are registered for, please complete the form below. If you are eligible for a refund per our refund policy as stated above, you can expect your refund check within 30 days to be mailed to the address you provided during registration.
